Thank you for shopping with Raw Metals. Every piece in our collection is made to order, printed and fulfilled with care. This page explains everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.


1. MADE TO ORDER — WHAT THAT MEANS FOR YOU

Raw Metals is a print-on-demand brand. This means your order is custom-made specifically for you when you place it — we don't hold pre-made inventory. While this allows us to offer unique designs and avoid waste, it does mean your order goes through a production phase before it ships.

Your total delivery timeline is made up of two parts: production time + shipping time. Both are outlined below.


2. PRODUCTION TIMES

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters production. Please allow the following production times before your order is dispatched:

  • Standard orders: 1–6 business days

  • Orders with multiple items or complex designs may take up to 7 business days

Production times are calculated from the date your order is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods (such as sales, new drops, or holidays), production may take slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays by email.


💡 Pro tip: If you need your order for a specific date or event, please order with extra time to account for both production and shipping. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.

US orders are fulfilled from our Los Angeles facility. The majority of US orders ship within 1 business day of production completing.

International

International orders may be fulfilled from our US (Los Angeles) or international facility depending on your location and order size. The shipping method available to you will be shown at checkout.

⚠️ International estimates do not include time in customs. Customs clearance can add several additional days and is outside our control. See Section 5 for more on international orders.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and your selected shipping method. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase — there are no hidden fees added after checkout.

Orders with multiple items may benefit from reduced per-item shipping rates. We do not charge a handling fee on top of shipping.


5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We Ship Worldwide

Raw Metals ships to most countries internationally. Availability for your specific country will be shown at checkout. Some countries and regions have shipping restrictions that may prevent delivery — if your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship there at this time.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country's government upon arrival. These charges are entirely outside of Raw Metals' control and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

  • You (the customer) are the importer of record and are solely responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes

  • Raw Metals cannot predict or estimate the amount of these charges — they vary by country, product type, and order value

  • Failure to pay customs fees may result in your order being held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities

  • Raw Metals cannot refund orders that are seized or disposed of by customs due to unpaid fees

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering if you are concerned about potential customs charges.

Phone Number Confirmation

For international shipments, we may contact you to confirm your phone number before dispatching your order. This is required by some carriers for delivery. Please ensure the phone number on your order is current and reachable. If we are unable to confirm your number, your order may be held at our facility for up to 90 days before being released.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this number directly on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent

  • If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@raw-metals.com


7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@raw-metals.com and we will do our best to update the address

  • If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, re-shipping costs will be your responsibility

  • Raw Metals is not responsible for orders lost or undeliverable due to address errors made by the customer


8. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@raw-metals.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review your case and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement and your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a reshipment where applicable.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking around your property, with neighbors, and with your local post office or carrier depot, as parcels are sometimes left in unexpected locations or held for collection.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Raw Metals is not liable for orders that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. We recommend placing a new order in these cases.

Stolen Packages

Raw Metals is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If porch theft is a concern in your area, we recommend using a secure delivery address or a parcel locker service.


9. DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

While we work hard to meet every estimated timeline, some delays are outside our control. These can include:

  • Carrier delays, backlogs, or disruptions

  • Extreme weather events

  • Customs clearance processing (international orders)

  • National or local public holidays

  • Carrier strikes or industrial action

In these cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
